After several calls to Mike in the parts/apparel dept. my wife and I made a trip to try on available Klim gear. Mike was very helpful on the phone and could not have been more accommodating while at the shop. In addition to being helpful on the floor, Mike made multiple calls to Klim and other shops attempting to locate items Frontline did not have in stock. Several years ago, while living in Bedford, my wife was the operations manager for the BMW motorcycle division at Hammersley Motor in Lynchburg. Mike is exactly the type employee she sought out.
